Aaron Capar, MPPA

Aaron, our Chair and Chief Business Officer, possesses an extensive career in healthcare underscored by pivotal roles in government public health policy, medical humanitarian advocacy, and strategic positions within the pharmaceutical sector. Most recently his time at Novo Nordisk was spent across the global value chain of their blockbuster compound, crafting core commercial strategy for new indications, and bridging strategy with innovation by establishing partnerships with medtech startups.

His experience extends beyond pharma: managing legislation for parliament, and diplomacy across Geneva’s international missions and health organizations led to a deep understanding of governance and decision-making. International experience in over seven countries provides him with a unique perspective on the global healthcare ecosystem.
